MSPMA Golf Tournament
MSPMA Board of

Booths will be
set up Monday, July 30th, beginning at
2:00 p.m., in the Clyde Muse
Center on the Hinds Community College
Rankin Campus. The Golf
Tournament will take place on Monday,
July 30th, also.
will be pre-assigned. Upon your arrival,
you will be directed to your booth.
MSPMA will no longer provide first come,
first served setup. Booths must be
vacated and removed by 6:00 p.m.,

representative from your booth is
invited to be our guest at the
continental breakfast Friday morning
and the 12-noon barbecue luncheon.
Additional representatives are welcome
at a cost of $10.00 per person. To show
our appreciation for your participation,
a prize drawing will be held during the
luncheon. Prizes will include a free
booth for the 2018 Conference.
Please note that door prizes will be
given away throughout the conference. If
you have novelty gifts that you would
like to give away, drawings should be
held at your booth and not be considered
door prizes. If you wish to have a door
prize drawing from names you collect at
your booth, you may bring them to the
registration desk along with your fish
bowl/basket and we will draw and
announce winners for you at 3:15 p.m.
